  Buyer beware of any business that does not allow reviews on its Facebook page and/or deletes any negative comments and then blocks those people. This is not how to run a business - especially not in Buffalo. As a lifelong Buffalonian, I have heard nothing positive about this store. Reading reviews on Google and Yelp, it's clear the store does not take good care of the pets its selling. Worse, the puppies are from mills and sold at extraordinary prices. I looked up the breeder information and was able to verify this, however, rather than address this, Steve's simply deletes comments and blocks the person from commenting further. There are plenty of amazing, locally owned pet supplies stores in Buffalo. Do not waste your money here.

  Shady store. Buyers beware for any company that does not allow customers to leave reviews and deletes negative comments on their Facebook page. At least on Google, the owner cannot erase reviews. I find it immoral for anyone to gain any profit off a loving and defenseless animal. My dog is rescued and has probably had a better life than the puppy mill company this store receives their pets from. Adopt, don’t shop!
