I was put in contact with Michael since there were no distributors for that brand in my area (TN) anymore. Michael directed me through the warranty claim process and even after some pushback from the vac company, 4 weeks later, I have a brand new model installed. I would highly recommend Michael at BEC. He made the process clear, easy, and reliable.
